The house Aritzeta, surrounded by exuberant nature and a spectacular landscape, was restored in 2005 to the traditional style of the area. It is located in Leitza (Navarra), cradle of great figures of the Basque rural sport, whose feats have gone down in history. Do not forget that at the present time the tradition of this ancestral sport is still maintained in the town of Leitza. It has elite figures in the Basque pelota, as well as prominent stone lifters such as the saga of the Perurena or Saralegui who hold unbeatable records to date.
The nature of its environment invites to be contemplated, providing the opportunity to enjoy a fresh permanent green during the spring and summer, as well as the attractive change of colors and the diversity of them during the autumn and winter.
From its mountains the Leizarán and Urumea rivers are born, with whose waters operate several hydroelectric plants and large beech woods extend through the mountains of Leitza.
