About Simon Cooper
The Stables and Dairy are owned by three brothers Simon, Nicholas and Sean who recently converted these beautiful cottages from redundant buildings on the family farm. We all live close by and this is very much our project so you are sure to meet one of the three of us during your visit.
Simon Cooper purchased this Cottage in 1976
Why Simon Cooper chose Alresford
We love Beauworth! We were raised in this tiny hamlet which nestles beneath the South Downs Way. Even though we are close to the thriving historic cities of Winchester, Portsmouth and Southampton, plus the quaint market town of Alresford modern progress has largely passed us by. Only one new house has been built in the past fifty years.
What makes this Cottage unique
Country walks. Quiet rural location. Private patio with views over the fields. You are welcome to walk your dogs over our land, which connects with the extensive footpaths of the South Downs National Park.
