Biarritz is a unique town, situated at the end of a line connecting the Bayonne via Anglet, it is considered today as the European capital of surfing. But Biarritz is much more than that. Being from the area I have to admit my lack of objectivity for you to describe it. Biarritz has beautiful beaches, wildlife, it also bears the name 'City of the Ocean'. The city has 17 districts of which is part of Saint-Charles, Verdun, Clemenceau or Beaurivage. This exceptional environment provided by the presence of the sea, salt water character, arouses the enthusiasm of visitors, sports lover, mountain walks (the Basque Country is not flat!) or curious to discover an area of character comparable to no other. It also makes the difference in this part of France is its rich environmental heritage that includes cliffs, 6 beaches, parks and flower including woodland, 2 lakes: Marion Mouriscot the Mazon Park and Lahouze garden. But relaxation in Biarritz is to share various sports it offers discovery tours, shops for shopping, superb halls to sample regional products, spas and thalassotherapy centers. The must-visit is undoubtedly the Chocolate Museum and the Museum of the Sea Aquarium, do not forget to pass by our Spanish friends some tapas (20km). In two words: good holiday ...
