House is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. It’s so nice to be right on the beach!
Pat was great to work with. He provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards. The master bedroom was to die for.,, the view was outstanding... a little piece of heaven on
Incredible week and gorgeous house!
Our family of 7 rented the house for a week. It was relaxing and made for a great time for our family to reconnect and be together. Lots of cooking, games, reading on the patio, you name it. And it was walking distance to great food and shopping! Would definitely return!
We had a great trip to Newport Beach, this condo was very accurate in description, perfect location directly on the ocean. Very close to John Wayne airport. We would stay again.
Only trouble was code to unlock door on arrival didn’t work but called Pat and he called back promptly. We also needed someone to stand outside garage just to safely leave as there is bike traffic coming out of garage.
Great Vacation Rental
We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and beautiful, TV's all equipped with cable and netflix which was great for downtime. The location itself was spectacular, right on the sand (which was great for the kids to play in the sand and fly kites safely) with a short walk to the water. Kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked and ate all of our meals on the property. We did have one issue with the refrigerator not cooling, however the owner/manager of property swiftly answered our call and helped us trouble shoot and resolve the issue. We liked the rental so much that we wish we had booked a longer trip! My toddlers are still asking to go back to the beach house. :)
Great place to stay!! Views are incredible! If you want a house on the beach, this is the place to stay! I definitely will book this beach house again!!!
Very nice place. Plenty of space inside and out. Very close to beach. Master balcony was my favorite part. Floor was filthy apon arrival not just sandy, wore shoes downstairs the whole time. Other than that no complaints would def stay again.
LOCATED AT 44TH ST., APPROXIMATELY 3/4 OF A MILE NORTHWEST OF THE NEWPORT BEACH PIER AND ABOUT 2 MILES FROM THE BALBOA PIER. GOOD SURFING AND BODYBOARDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE TOWNHOME. THE NEWPORT BAY IS 2 BLOCKS TO THE EAST. A STRIP CENTER IS 3 BLOCKS AWAY WITH A CONVENIENCE STORE AND RESTAURANTS. BIKE AND SURFBOARD RENTALS ARE IN THE AREA.
