              Wonderful Cottage Get A Way

              5 of 5
Cottage lived up to it's description and then some. We three long time friends found it to be spacious and cozy at the same time, modern and quaint, very nicely decorated, well equipped, very clean and in a great park like setting. The kitchen is bright and airy, sun room was great for morning coffee, deck and fire pit looked nice but due to weather and mosquitoes we settled for fire in beautiful stone fireplace. Much attention has been paid to making the most of the space while providing all the comforts of home. Bathrooms were well stocked, modern and roomy with plenty of hot "shower power". The surrounding area is great for exploring, every small town had something going on to enjoy. We wished we had planned an extra day or two, but it was a great get away for relaxing and catching up. We had breakfast at at Wild Chickadee in Lake City and ended our day back there at Nosh for dinner. Both excellent! Chuck was very easy to work with, provided directions to cottage, which is off the beaten path, and "fact sheet" for using facilities. We experienced a little trouble with door key lock but resolved that quickly. The only suggestion we would make is to provide a fire extinguisher and we did not see a smoke alarm.Otherwise we would highly recommend and would return!
