The room was nice and clean, nothing fancy. The property itself is really nice and there are plenty of places to eat within a reasonable walking distance. My only issue was that they originally put me in a room which was not what I reserved. I reserved a room with a queen bed and full sleeper sofa. They put me in a room with a king bed, with no sofa, and a dirty bathroom. The front desk explained to me that they didn't make the room assignment, but that Wyndham Vacations did. They suggested that Wyndham saw that only 2 people were staying, so they unilaterraly put me in a smaller room which I had not reserved. Where I come from, this is called a bait and switch and no one should tolerate this. I don't care if I was staying there by myself. I want to be placed into the room that I specifically reserved and paid for and nothing less. It's unbelievable that a big company like Wyndham would try to get one over on a customer. Ultimately, the woman at the front desk rectified the situation and reassigned us to the room that we reserved.
