...in the most unique part of the island....The view every day was amazing. The access to town was easy enough (with a Jeep.) The interior was laid out fairly well, there were some private areas, and some not so private areas, but that's clearly how it was designed. There were a few small items of concern, like a couple of functional doorknobs, a broken ice machine, and inconsistent cable TV access. But it was furnished nicely with all the kitchen gadgets needed to cook big, complex meals for a large group. The snorkeling in the back yard that was easily accessible, was as good as any reef in the USVI. We routinely saw turtles, rays and a lot of reef fish. Speaking of fish, the fishing was bad off the rocks. If you are going to try to fish, you will need a spinning rod that can cast 100 or more feet: my fly rod could not get it done. Plus, there were not a lot of gamefish in the area.
Overall, I and my family would do this again. It was far better than a seven day cruise at about the same or cheaper cost.
