              peace and solitude

              5 of 5
It's a cozy secluded cabin about 15 mins outside of woodstock. The road to the cabin climbs up some foothills and the place itself is perched on a nice piece of land overlooking the hills. We missed peak foliage which would be amazing here. But thats alright b/c we also missed the crowds. We visiting glass blowing studios, maple syrup farms, working dairy farms. You can get to quechee or woodstock in a flash or just go for walks along the babbling brook along the road. The cabin is simple and cozy and has everything you need for cooking, all towel and linens are provided. Wood stove in the fall really makes the place. Not to mention that the place is a steal for the area. Thanks Dwight

              Pleasant and pastoral

My wife and I had a lovely time staying at Betsy's cottage. It was a terrific home base from which to explore the beautiful Lake Champlain area. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Exactly what we needed, quiet and relaxing. A lot of attention to detail and as private as we expected. Thanks Mike, hope to come back another time
