            Great Fall Weekend

            5 of 5
We spent a long weekend here from 10/20-10/23. My wife and I stayed here with my brother and his wife and our two dogs. The property is perfect for four people. Indoors, the open floor plan is optimal for hanging out together and cooking. The main floor master bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed. My brother and sister-in-law said the loft was also very comfortable for sleeping. Outside, there's great hiking with the dogs in the wooded area out the back door. The area has great restaurants, shopping (including a wonderful bookstore in town), and scenery. The owners were very accessible and helpful. A special shout-out to the property's caretaker who found my forgotten sport coat and shirt hanging in the closet and promptly mailed them to me. We would readily return.

Spacious Carriage House in beautiful Manchester neighborhood

            4 of 5
We really enjoyed our time at the Converted Carriage House in Manchester. The upstairs apartment is located behind a lovely large home in an exceptionally nice area of Manchester within easy walking distance of The Equinox Resort and golf club. We were able to walk to many activities from the location. The unit itself is quite large and the kitchen is very well equipped, with the only criticism of it being that the refrigerator was quite small. The bath is very large and clean, but I would have appreciated having a little more space for toiletries, like a small storage unit to augment the sink area. The living area was quite comfortable, but in the evenings the lighting was a bit sparse in that space. All in all, it was a very comfortable space for a couple or two couples, but I would not recommend it for very young children because of the stairs in the middle of the unit and the locked door in the hay loft that could be a safety hazard for a very curious child. Thanks, Nancy and Jim

Fantastic house for a large group

            5 of 5
The house was amazing, everyone loved it. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. It's perfectly setup for large groups going skiing with Stratton, 25 min away and the mud room downstairs for everyone's gear. The vinyl collection was insane and we enjoyed it the entire weekend. The only issue we ran into was the heat, we couldn't figure out how to change it from automatic, but it was not a big problem at all. With the town of Manchester so close, we were able to get any extra supplies we needed. Everyone who went, is crazy excited to come back next year.
