          Loved it!!!!

          5 of 5
The property is very much as described. Both cottages are comfy and cozy. There is lots of privacy and the fishing is fantastic. We caught lots of perch and bass. My toy fox terrier had a great time with lots of running space. Bob was a really great host and super accommodating. We all came back from our vacation happy and relaxed. I hope to be able to spend time here again in the future.

Perfect Home for a Vermont Vacation

          5 of 5
Our family of 7 (including two children) spent a week in this well kept and well appointed five bedroom/five bath home. Located on a hill overlooking Lake Champlain, the views throughout the day were beautiful. The sunsets were especially nice. The house is very private and quiet with no others in sight, just farm fields. The Inside is clean, comfortable and well stocked. In fact the owner provided some wonderful extras, most of which carried a nautical theme. The house is close to several beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, and a trip to Burlington took half-an-hour. Over the past five years we have rented two other homes in the St Albans area and each required a shlep just to get a carton of milk; not so here. Among the three homes we've rented, this is our favorite. There are negatives like the size of two of the bedrooms but overall our experience was perfect and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for a private well-kept rental.
