lovely, wildflower path, secret waterfall, waterhole, deer in the meadow

            5 of 5
The owners were so gracious...a bottle of wine in the fridge, smores supplies on the counter, lovely bedrooms with fresh linens, towels galore. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the screen door open onto the Juliet balcony, the river sounds and lovely breeze filtering in. Took walks along the path to the swimming hole, enjoyed time reading on the lovely deck, watched movies in the evening. All was provided for. And as an amazing plus...Exit Cotalina, Maxwell's, and Ariana's in Orford NH....great dining experiences. Such a wonderful bonus. We spent time in the river just saying...it's just us! This is so cool! So...if you want to feel "away from it all", but still be close to quirky shops, an amazing farm store/gift shop in town, and absolute quality food and wine...this is the place for you!

            Beautiful spot on Lake Groton

            5 of 5
Beautiful comfortable home as close to lake Groton as you can get! Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone and plenty to.do in the area. Master bedroom on the main level, 3 bedrooms downstairs. Long dock as well as sandy area-- perfect for swimming ( shallow).

            Great get away cabin

            5 of 5
I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wishes a cozy little getaway. The cabin is in excellent condition and it is well supplied with every amenity one could need. We were first struck by the wonderful views from the deck and living room window. The weekend we were there my husband and I took a nice walk in the woods behind the house which connects to the VAST trail and we rode our bikes on the lovely dirt rode off the driveway. While on our bike ride we were greeted by a very friendly and curious horse who just beckoned us to stop and greet him by his fenced in pasture. If you like to shop for outdoor wear The Farm Way Store in Bradford is a must see. It is very big. We hope to return to the cabin during the Winter or Summer season next.
