Enchanting cabin on the water - one of a kind!

                  5 of 5
Loved the ambiance of the stream running centrally through the property. The house was impeccably clean and had everything our family of 6 could have hoped for in a vacation home. Nearby Sundance and surrounding forests are so beautiful in the fall. Thanks for providing a great launching point for exploring this beautiful part of utah.

Perfect location for outdoors adventure and visiting Provo/BYU

                  5 of 5
First of all, a big thanks to Georgia, the owner, for going out of her way to accommodate us on our arrival. Excellent response time!!!! The cabin itself is a wonderful throwback, and I loved the older, but fully functional appliances. Very cozy, and the heater works very quickly, keeping us comfortable all night. AC not needed at all, even in August. Did not get a chance to use the fireplaces, but they would be great fun, especially the outdoor one in back, right on the river. As noted in other reviews, the river here is contained in a concrete channel, so no swimming or anything, but it sounds awesome at night as you go to sleep. Less than ten minutes to Sundance, with mountain bike trails and an incredible zip line tour! Ten minutes to BYU, where my daughter was starting college this weekend. The cabin still feels like it is far away from town though. Heber Valley Railroad stop is walking distance, as is the park and fishing pond. FYI Master bath has no shower, so only one shower in the cabin. Had no problem with hot water. Plenty of pots and pans, towels, dishes, and everything you need. SO MUCH better than hotels for a stay in the Provo area. Highly recommend.

                  Great property for large groups

This house was perfect for our stay in Sundance. There were nine of us (3 families) and there was so much room that we never felt like we were in each other's way. There were plenty of rooms in the house that you could go to if you wanted some alone time. Everyone had a bed which was nice too. The three bathrooms were a definite plus with that many people. The home is beautiful and very well cared for and had everything we needed for our stay. It was decorated very nicely, was clean, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. It was a short drive to Heber, Provo or Park City when we went out to eat. The zipline at the resort was amazing! We rented ATV's in Heber and did some hiking in the area too. There are a lot of things to do in the area within a 20-40 minute drive. The only additional thing that I would have liked would be screen doors on the doors leading out to the decks. I believe it was unusually hot while we were there and at night the bedrooms did get a little warm. Since there are no windows in the bedrooms, it would have been nice to be able to leave the doors open to cool them off without letting in the bugs. That's a minor issue and it did not affect the great time we had. I would definitely suggest this home for anyone looking for a nice rental in the Sundance area.
