            Clean with new carpet

            4 of 5
The house was in a great central location for travelling to Mesa Verde, Canyonlands, and Arches. I was somewhat disappointed that it didn't have air conditioning, but that was my fault for not confirming. Otherwise, it was clean with new carpet and updated bathrooms. Ideal for our family of six.

            Great Place

            5 of 5
What a great place! Our family of eleven stayed for three nights. It was nice to have a place where we could all be together but also have our own space. Everything was neat and tidy which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The historical features of the home are well preserved. Colleen took the time to share some of the history of the home which was interesting. Lee and Colleen are great hosts and made us feel at home. We hope to stay again!

            Just what we needed

            5 of 5
We stayed at Rambling Oaks and just loved it! Perfect place to access that end of the park the lodging was comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to prepare meals and found an excellent restaurant to eat out one night. Can't wait to go back to Rambling Oaks and explore the park from that end. Moab is just way to busy for us these days!
