Superb location makes for a great stay

4 of 5
We are a family of five with tween and teen children and an elderly mother. We stayed eight nights during March. This was our second flat rental in London. The nearby Brunswick Mall was a great conevenience. Russell Square offers plenty of restaurants, cafes, cultural sites and shops. (Example: Check out the London Library.) The flat was comfortable for its size though without a dish washer. Jan greeted us there and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the bath robes, travel guides and welcome sweets. During four nornings trucks collected rubbish right outside the flat.

Fabulous Property

5 of 5
Our family of 5 traveled during the New Year holiday and this flat was perfect. The flat is modern, clean, spacious and provides almost anything a guest could need. Upon our arrival, the property owner/manager provided a delightful basket of goodies including milk, eggs, fruit, crackers, cookies and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was large and included a washer/dryer for small loads, a wine fridge, dishwasher and plates/cutlery that were enough for our family. A large grocery store (Waitrose), other shops, restaurants and fitness center (Nuffield) were located only a few minutes walking distance from the flat. The Russell Square tube was just around the corner which made it very easy to travel to all the quintessential sights in London. Bath and bed linens are very high quality--equivalent to a 4-star hotel and many bathroom amenities are provided (more than you will find in many hotels) Beds are extremely comfortable. The flat advertises two bathrooms but the first floor bathroom includes a showerhead in the ceiling with no door. It is functional but the bathroom can get a little wet. The property owner/manager was very helpful and responsive and clearly takes pride in this property. We really enjoyed our stay at the Coach House and will definitely return if we visit London in the future.

Gorgeous property in prime location

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here over Christmas with our children (ages 16, 20 and 22) and one of their friends (age 21), and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures online were quite accurate, but it was even nicer. We arrived to find everything we could possibly need, an immaculately clean flat, a welcome basket with snacks, a full fruit basket, even laundry detergent! We had one question about the wine cooler in the kitchen, and Merino Hospitality answered our question right away. The beds were so comfortable, and the apartment so quiet that getting a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The flat was beautifully appointed, and they thought of everything. I cooked a full holiday meal and we ate breakfast most days and didn't need for anything. The location of the flat was perfect, being so close to everything and a tube station, and we truly felt like we lived in London for a few days. We will definitely be renting this flat again the next time we are in London! I would highly recommend this flat! While staying here over the Christmas holiday, we enjoyed renting the Santander bikes from the Brunswick Centre, used many of the shops in the Brunswick Centre including Waitrose, Superdrug, Sainsbury's, Hare and Tortoise, and the Patisserie, had a marvelous dinner in walking distance at the Swan pub. Best dinners ever were at Jamie's Italian in Soho and Dishoom at Kings Cross. With the bikes, we easily rode down to the Thames, along the bike path there, and back through Trafalgar Square to the flat.
