I stayed here in July 2016 with my two teenage daughters, and we had a terrific experience - starting with the management. Bridget was prompt and patient answering my many questions when we booked the property - and when we planned our trip. Once we arrived, she had one of her managers promptly meet us and provide us with an tour of the apartment and how everything worked - and supplied coffee, tea, milk and tourist guides. We loved the location because you're right in the middle of Soho but on a quiet side street, so you get the benefits of being in the thick of things without the noise you might expect. It's a mixed use building (apartments and offices). The apartment itself is on the third floor, and is just as pictured. The sheets, towels, etc. are top notch and the furnishings are fun. It's well maintained and very clean (apart from some stains on the carpet - it's a light blonde). In addition to the two bedrooms, the downstairs sofa becomes a large bed. All three of us therefore had are own rooms and appreciated the amount of space for the price. We were able to walk to the British Museum and other sights given the central location - as well as enjoy the shops in the neighborhood. Throughout, Bridget's team answered every question within minutes and even let us stay late and keep our bags in the apartment when our flight was delayed six hours the day we were meant to leave. Great experience!
