      Great place to stay!!!

Wonderful place to stay while taking a river trip!!! We stayed in the winecup cabin and there was plenty of room for all six of us. It was very clean and well decorated. It's just a couple minutes walk to a general store, tube rentals and of course the river. They even had live bands playing that we could sit and listen to on the porch at night. When we went inside to go to sleep it was nice and quiet even with the bands still playing. Great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again for all our yearly river trips!

      Great Stay for the Money

      4 of 5
Arrived a little early with no problem. The house was clean and maybe a little smaller than I expected but I didnt mind. There are only 2 rooms, with the living area downstairs having bunkbeds and a couple day beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. The A/C downstairs was not cooling properly so I called the Emergency number and someone was there with in the hour. They told us they would replace the unit and not to worry that they would take care of us. Several hours passed by only because they had to travel to San Antonio to find a new unit because it was available localy. But in the end they got it working and both A/C units blew cold. The maintenence crew even brought us fire wood so we could make our own fire. They were really nice people. This house is maybe suited for a younger crowd 18-35, who dont need to sleep in 5 star accomidations and are just looking to have fun down the Guadalupe River. The deck is really nice and the yard is big enough to play football on. Overall we had a great time and I would stay there again.
