        Kemah: Cottage Rentals (4)

        Recent Kemah Reviews

        Family of 5 loved it.

        5 of 5
This house is AWESOME! Had no issues during the stay. There is a deck out back and 2 different grills. One propane and one Charcoal. On Saturday we had a small get together almost a family reunion. We rented a large slide and it went into the yard for the kids to play. We borrowed a basketball and had fun playing some matches. The children drew on the large driveway with sidewalk caulk. The house is outdated in many ways, but that added to the charm. Staying here I felt comforted as it reminded me of my Grandma's house growing up.

        The Perfect Cottage

        5 of 5
We brought our 2 y/o son along to enjoy the 3 day get away from the big city. Due to perfect location, we were able to enjoy both the Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Pleasure Pier during our stay. The owner has a done a great job making the cottage feel like home. There were several things we forgot to bring yet we were able to find like items in the house. The cottage is ideal for a couple or perhaps a writer looking for some solitude. However, we managed just fine with our little guy with us. We got margaritas at Las Brisas on Friday afternoon and good inexpensive breakfast at Noha's Ark Bar & Grill Saturday morning. Pros: Clean and well-maintained, location, great customer service and communication Cons: Not ideal for large groups We'll be back this Summer!
