              Great affordable place

Warm welcome from owners. The place was as described on homeaway. If you plan on staying there on friday and Saturday we recommend you bring ear plugs. There is a loud live band near by which plays until 2, 3 am!!!

              Our Perfect Little Paradise

              5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here in April 2016 and knew we loved it right away - but after touring the rest of the island, we decided that we couldn't have found any place we would have liked more. We always do vacation rentals when traveling, and have stayed in some really luxurious villas, but this was definitely one of our favorites. It was like having our own little beach bungalow with a wonderful view of the ocean and easy access to the pool. Kudos go to the decorator of the villa, also. They strayed from the overused, cliche` Caribbean decor and went with something a little more neutral, yet provocative, that was really attractive - all while keeping with a comfortable, casual theme. The outdoor furnishings were wonderful, too, and they went to some length to provide an outdoor area that would afford guests an optimum amount of privacy. The kitchen was really well-equipped but be sure to ask where the cooking utensils are - the drawer was kind of hidden. The only down side to the villa at all was that the king-size bed was a little too firm and the shower tends to let a lot of water outside of it. A few more towels would have also been nice since you have to line dry everything. But none of these things were significant enough to knock down our rating from 5 stars - because we absolutely loved it! The beach on property wasn't the best on the island, but it was great for a quick morning swim each day and the gorgeous Mullet Bay and Cupecoy Beaches were just a short drive away. The property is located close to several restaurants (we highly recommend Le Sand, just down the beach and La Cigale, just down the road) and a short drive to Marigot, which is a charming little town on the harbor. All-in-all, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely want to stay here on any return trip.

              FABULOUS!

We found this condo on the first floor and decided to rent it for two weeks. We loved it! It was small, but had everything we needed so we've decided to rent it for four weeks next year (2017). A king size bed, a kitchen that had everything for cooking and eating, a view of the pool. It was just into the French Quarters so it was also close enough to the Dutch side so we could go out at night. It was beautiful!
