Amazing House and Absolutely Wonderful Owner

                5 of 5
We had 6 couples stay here for New Years Eve weekend and it was an incredible experience. It was all of our first times in Westerly and we loved it. The house was beautiful, huge and extremely cozy. We had plenty of room for everyone and the cottage was the perfect addition for a little quiet area. We absolutely LOVED the barn and played games there every night and most of the days. We went food shopping since everything was local and even went towards the beach for a nice brunch. We are so excited to go back next year and hope to make it a New Years tradition. Daniela was wonderful from day one. She was reliable, responsive and on call the whole weekend to help with any issues. She answered any questions and gave us advice on where to go and what to eat. We can't wait to go back!

                Exceptional home!

                5 of 5
This is a beautiful home. And it is a home, not a rental property, and it makes a world of difference. You feel as if you're visiting your own family or dear friends, it's comfortable and welcoming. The decor of the house is wonderful, it's a classic old farmhouse with rustic wooden doors but with all the conveniences of a modern home. Wireless internet, cable, wonderfully outfitted kitchen, plenty of nooks to sit and read in or have a nap, VERY comfortable beds, bright, airy....this home is perfect for large families or a group of friends. The house is set up so there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, then 2 of the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house on the second floor, and each has a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are in between, and totally convenient to the bathrooms, so it's a wonderful set up. The surrounding property is glorious, open fields, beautiful trees, stone walls....there's a field behind the property that my daughter loved to ride her bike around. The outdoor shower was heavenly, we are already planning our own at home we loved it so much! It's also perfect for returning home from the beach. The house is also very close to so many places, and easy car rides to Wickford center, grocery stores, beaches, etc. You can go on some wonderful walks as well, and we definitely recommend walking down to the Gilbert Stuart museum, the grounds are lovely, and for those interested in colonial era farms/homes/furniture, it's a lot of fun to take the tour. This is a property for people who want to feel as if they are at home, and will treat it that way. The owners are lovely, and we are extremely grateful to them for opening up their home to us. We found we didn't want to leave the house much, and spent a lot of time there relaxing, catching up with our extended family, and eating! We will come back another time, and already miss "our" home away from home. Thank you Jane and family, you were so welcoming and gracious. Thank you so much!
