                    BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

                    5 of 5
Start off by saying thank you so much to Eli for his outstanding hospitality, we were welcomed with freshly picked fruits and vegetables right from outside the property, gracias Eli! The view was so magical, keeping in mind this is near the highest point of the island so it takes a while to get up to the home (many curves like Tokyo drift :)but worth every second! We rented this property for 6 days 5 nights and everything was perfect! We had a large (17,most children)group so I was a little worried about the amount of space. So much space, we never felt crammed at all. We were able to go pick our own fruits with the kids, they loved this experience since we are from the city and don't pick our breakfast often. We look forward to renting this place in the future, would love to visit over and over and over again.

                    Awesome Area!

                    4 of 5
We loved the property, the peaceful ambiance and how close we were from all the areas in Puerto Rico. We pretty much drove 1-1/2 hours to any interesting point in Puerto Rico. We visited almost all Puerto Rico as we were in the center of the island. We visited beaches, rivers and small towns...we all loved it! Yes the drive there is interesting, a little scary when it's raining and at night. But being there 10 days just made it easier everyday. We were able to contact the owners pretty much anytime. My husband and daughters used the Batey Zipline tours and they were very happy with the experience. The house is comfortable and clean, but it needed a some dusting as there were spiders, ants and cobwebs on the wall and ceilings. But we were living with nature so to us was not a big issue. Just dust a couple times and check beds at night. Other than that is an awesome area to spend your vacations in Puerto Rico!

                    Tranquil Mountain Getaway

                    5 of 5
This was truly a once in a lifetime trip for us. Almost completely secluded (in a good way) in the beautiful mountains and forest of Puerto Rico on an adorable farm. We woke up and went to sleep listening to the beautiful sounds of nature and were able to forage for our own fruit and plantains which we made fresh orange juice (the house came with an easy to use juicer) and mashed and fried plantains. Just walking around the property is quite amazing. You can see and interact with the mama pig and her piglet, numerous roosters and chickens and the rabbits just outside of the house. The secret trail to the river is beautiful and worth it (if you are somewhat physically active, it is almost all downhill and then all uphill). The fresh made meals that were delivered to us for a really reasonable price (huge portions) were both delicious and convenient considering you are kind of in the middle of nowhere. The ride there was quite the adventure and I highly recommend not going by GPS once you get somewhat close and definitely driving during the day (which we did not). You can get there in a small rental car although at times it may make you nervous, it can be done! The house itself is modern, feels new, and extremely clean. Warm water and a tv make it even more comfortable. I highly recommend this property if you want to relax and have a real adventure! Ps buy the coffee and homemade souvenirs (so affordable and delicious)!
