Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and staying here was a big part of that. It was just our family of 5 including our 3 teenage boys. I would probably not recommend for more that 6 unless people don't mind sleeping together or in the middle of the living room. Although you could definitely entertain probably 80 people outside!!! Here is what we REALLY loved about the place... The outdoor living area! We used the pool table every day when we were just hanging out snacking and sitting by the pool. The outdoor kitchen is awesome to have and we cooked and ate many meals there. Whether you wanted to be in the shade under a ceiling fan or swimming in the pool we could all still be together. Great outdoor sound system that you can just plug your phone into. Beautiful views and surroundings!!! Lots of animal noises that we enjoyed.. frogs, birds, horses, and the donkey 😉. Playing basketball out there was fun too. So glad there was a ball! Also, having the extra bathroom down there was so convenient. Great quality washer and dryer! Very clean! The upstairs deck was wonderful with its tables, chairs, hammock, and view! The only thing I would definitely change is adding a little more seating for lounging inside. Currently only a futon. We ended up bringing in the chairs from the deck. This place is a good mix of simple/rustic and updated. Kitchens are very modern and nice but no oven or dishwasher. Tons of pots/pans and dishes and utensils! Bathroom fixtures are nice. The rustic part: the old wood floors are slightly separated in places peaking down to the outdoor lower level. Exterior doors are a bit tough to open sometimes. Lighting. There were 6 good quality beach towels and 6 portable beach chairs (we took those to beach). Plenty of nice white bath towels and washcloths, closet space, drawers, blankets. It was a fabulous and different place to stay and will definitely stay again if we have an opportunity. Thank you!!!
