Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I will start with my first impression upon arriving. The Front Porch needs some TLC.. Shovels and Skis and etc in the corner by the door.. NOT enough seating on porch or around property. A picnic table would of been nice. With a group of ladies we would of loved to sit outside but most had to stand as no where to sit. Could of brought outside chairs if was told of the seating outside.. Looked all over for firepit 1st night?????? We went out and looked around property and finally found it down a hill...Inside was very nice and clean. Needs some window cleaning. some light bulbs need replaced and handle on one of the kitchen drawers, this is just little things. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Peaceful setting and quiet.. I would just suggest to the owner to supply more seating as this Cabin can sleep 12. Pick up a few cute colorful inexpensive Adirondack chairs and spruce up the porch and it would be perfect... First impression is the key!

                  Wedding at Timber Ridge

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our wedding at Timber Ridge in Confluence and it was such an awesome time! The barn is very new and nice and the area is beautiful! The yard also had so much room for all of our guest. We had close friends and family stay in the house with us and everyone enjoyed the clean space and had a great time in the pool and hot tub. I would recommend everyone to stay at any of the OVR's because the staff and management are so helpful, professional, and easy to work with! I will definitely be renting again in the future

                  "Best Family Reunion Ever!"

                  5 of 5
We rented both Sundance and Redwood for our large family reuion with 14 adults and 23 children. We have rented beach houses and mountain houses in the past, but most declared this our best reunion ever. There was enough land around the houses for the children to run around and have a great time, and the houses were big enough to accomadate everyone. Of all the places we have rented, these houses were BY FAR the best equipped, particularly in the kitchens and pantries. How often can you pull olive oil out of rental cabinet and use it on your first night for your dinner? Another great feature was the amount of activities in the area. We felt we barely scratched the surface (Fallingwater, Ohiopyle, Fort Necessity, Flight 93 Memorial, Pittsburgh, and a ton of free state parks). We were even able to walk out the front door to a nice hike in the state park across the road. Another state park 10 minutes away has a lake with beach and boats for rent. My only caution applies to the upstairs room in Sundance that has the lofts. In hot weather, the A/C does not reach that room very well so it is hard to have people sleep there. A fan helped. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Again, most still rated it our best place ever, and we will likely use it for future reunions. Shari, the owner, is very responsivis and a pleasure to work with.
