Cozy cabin

5 of 5
We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was warm, well furnished, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. As our goal for the weekend was a relaxing visit, we stayed at the cabin and hiked around the property. While we did not explore the surrounding area, Celesta has provided information on local restaurants, parks, etc. Celesta was also wonderful to work with as we planned our trip.

Your Own Personal State Park

5 of 5
What a wonderful lodge! Our family group of 17 stayed in the days between the holidays, and loved every moment of what became for us a most memorable Christmas. The lodge is managed by the owners and not a management company resulting in a more personal touch. Cathy and Steve are wonderful to work with and we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. The lodge is spacious and easily accommodated everyone in our group (the photos do not adequately portray the spaciousness). The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, two refrigerators, several counter top type small appliances, large counter space, and extended cupboard space, all of which made it easy to plan and prepare meals for our large group. The hot tub was a big hit and used every day. The lodge is very clean and there was more than an adequate supply of towels plus many incidentals. We were fortunate with the exceptionally warm weather which allowed us to spend a lot of time outdoors. There is plenty of room to play in the grassy area around the lodge, and there are endless hiking trails throughout the surrounding fields and woods. In fact, it’s like having your own personal state park! We would not hesitate to stay here again.
