This was our third trip to North Carolina in three years. Our first time we stayed in an extended stay hotel with a horrible experience. Our last two visits we have stayed in condos each being a great experience. The cost staying at a condo versus staying at a hotel averages out to be the same.
Pros: Manny was great to work with. We had one minor issue during our stay and he was quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly. Our stay at the condo was comfortable. We were visiting North Carolina for a week long national swim meet. Everyone in my family had space for themselves, eating out was limited because we prepared our own meals, I was able to do laundry (we were able to pack less and my laundry was all done when we went back home), the beds were comfortable, there were two showers (which limited bickering who was going to shower first), the beds were comfortable, there are two TV's, it's a quiet area with stores close by and the tenants in the condo complex were friendly.
Cons: I had some minor issues. There was a broom in the closet but no dust pan so I used the vacuum a few times. The kitchen has wonderful appliances but there are wine glasses and a few smaller glasses available. We ended buying styrofoam glasses to use. Could use some baking dishes (we bought a tin foil pan to cook in the oven). There were no dish towels in the kitchen but plenty of paper towels for use.
Overall our stay was great!
