                    Very clean and quiet getaway.

The cabin was very well kept and close to the quaint community of Trust. Finished basement provides a lot of extra room for families with kids.

                    Ideal for a Weekend Getaway

                    5 of 5
Hot Springs is a quaint little town on the Appalachian Trail. It is nestled in a beautiful area of the Cherokee National Forest. The area definitely caters to hikers which is really a plus for any visitor as there are several eateries. We tried out the Smoky Mountain Diner which seemed more like where the locals eat. It was great for breakfast. The Historic Bed & Breakfast was a great place to stay! Close enough to walk anyway in town and it is a well maintained historical home. Our bedroom included a king size tempurpedic mattress which was wonderful! Our hostess Rachel was delightful. She prepared a plentiful breakfast of boiled eggs and muffins with yogurt, fruit and granola. As we are early risers and had gone down the street for coffee and breakfast....and coffee, she helped me pack the meal up and we enjoyed a picnic after a hike on our way home. Loved the area and will enjoy returning!

                    Beautiful Cabin in the Valley

                    5 of 5
This cabin was perfect. Quiet and peaceful tucked away in the valley. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Cat and Joey met us for check in and provided everything we needed. The cabin was clean and well supplied with linens, towels, and firewood for the beautiful stone fireplace. Cat even left a tennis ball for our dog, which I think ended up her favorite part of the weekend. The front porch had amazing views. I loved sitting out there in the morning with my coffee listening to the cows chat across the farms. The cabin is within 1/2 hour of Asheville and about an hour from the Blue Ridge Parkway which makes it perfect for day and nighttime activities. The roads are a bit steep coming in and out of the valley, which made for interesting driving for my husband and beautiful views for me. Thank you Cat and Joey for sharing this wonderful cabin with us.
