                  Beautiful Home with Numerous Amenities

                  5 of 5
We recently traveled to Franklin for a family reunion and needed a large home to accommodate three families. This home more than met our needs! My girls were happy with the spaciousness of the home as well as the exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness and overall excellent care in maintaining a large property. The beds were so comfortable with beautiful linens and quilts for cool nights, the kitchen had all the requirements for cooking large family meals and the extra touches throughout the home were very unexpected. Not only is there a large wrap around porch, but my youngest grandson took great delight in the fountains at the front door, and my daughter found the playground and vegetable gardens delightful. I would highly recommend this home for large families. The only caution I would provide is the very steep drive to this home, but what awaits you at the top is well worth the drive. Annaliese and Jerry have provided a wonderful getaway for any family and I would recommend this property without hesitation. Be prepared to just want to stay and relax, it is a very well appointed and comfortable home for all ages. I may return to one of the smaller properties very soon just to get away and visit with family in the mountains, I know I won't be disappointed.

Spacious, well-kept, both inside and out!

                  5 of 5
My girlfriend and I gave this cozy house a visit during our spring break, and we cannot say enough great things about it! It was quiet, peaceful, ADORABLE (the southwestern theme of the place was awesome). The rustic look of all the property is very well done, and even though there are a few properties in vicinity of each other, the place feels very secluded and private. The hot tub under the stars was great, especially contrasting the chilly mountain air, and the area of the house, bathroom, and kitchen juxtaposed cozy and spacious.. The Primes were as nice as can be - nicer, even - and saw to it that all of our needs were met in the friendliest of manners. Christine asked if we had an affinity for hiking and within minutes had a list of hiking trails, waterfalls, and sights to see, some of which were well-known and popular, and others that had been routed in the backwoods by her son. The amount of care and hospitality the Primes provide left us not only satisfied and content, but dying to go back, and at the prices they offer, this will be sooner, rather than later.

                  Perfect getaway weekend.

My husband and I traveled to NC for my birthday and we stayed at one of these great villas. They had all the utilities you needed, very clean, and very cute villas. It was close to everything, groceries, banks, gas stations, restaurants, etc. We bought groceries for our trip and eat in the three nights, everything you needed they had in our villa. . The second day we drove an hour away to Cherokee and spent the day there. The next day we spent the day skiing in Maggie Vallley at the Cataloochee Ski resort. Unfortunately we had a short trip, but we had a blast while we were there. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again for making our short trip a memorable vacation.
