            Great mountain vacation house

            5 of 5
Just spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week in this beautiful house. There were 10 in our family and the house still had room for more. A very comfortable house. The adults were very excited to have their bathrooms and our grandchildren loved the hot tub and the game room. Very convenient for trips to Asheville and hiking near by was great. Also, a must while you are in the are is the Straightaway Cafe. Excellent food and great entertainment. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is beautiful! It absolutely lived up to the pictures on the website!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laughing Waters. The property is beautiful and absolutely lived up to the pictures on the website and fulfilled our expectations. It was very private and secluded and yet close enough to groceries and other necessities. Our favorite part was having access to an amazing hiking trail right in our own backyard. We also loved sitting on the back porch reading and hearing the babbling brook behind the house. Our only negative comment would be that the kitchen was poorly equipped. The pots and pans were very old and looked dirty. We like to cook as a family and the lack of adequate cookware made it challenging. I would highly encourage the owners to update their kitchen utensils! Everything else was great!
