          Great family vacation!

          5 of 5
Our family of 5 just enjoyed a week-long stay at this house and we had a wonderful visit. The pictures and description accurately describe the beautiful property. The house is very comfortable and has good beds, good A/C in the bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. The wi-fi was very reliable while we were there and we only lost power on the last night of our visit (10pm to 4am). While we never felt unsafe, it was nice to know that a watchman was on duty every night from 7pm to 6am. Marta prepared fabulous meals for us, and made a tremendous effort to accommodate the one vegetarian member of our family! Sergio and Marta work hard to keep the house, pool and grounds clean and beautiful. It may be important for some visitors to know that they speak very little english. Sergio was very helpful in arranging ATV rentals and even surfing lessons for us. A car is needed to get to the property and transport groceries, which are available in nearby San Raphael (25 minutes away). Since we had never visited Nicaragua before and were unfamiliar with the roads, Sergio met us in Granada and accompanied us on our drive to the house and helped us with our initial grocery shopping; he also drove with us to the Managua airport at the end of our stay, which was very helpful. The owner, Federico, was a pleasure to work with! He was always available and provided lots of advice, both before and during our visit. I highly recommend this property!

          Wonderful-a slice of paradise!

Our group of 15 visited the Villa for our annual business meetings. The property, staff, setting, and overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We found the adjacent fishing village to be very charming and the local restaurants/bars in the village added to the cultural experience of visiting Nicaragua. We asked the owner if she could arrange for us to play volleyball on the beach. They set up a volleyball court for our group to enjoy! The food was delicious and authentic to the region. We are looking forward to our return to the Villa. MUCHAS GRACIAS!
