This house has been newly upgraded, it is meticulously appointed with many luxury amenities and comforts. It is decorated with an outdoorsy local wildlife theme which is fitting to the view. The new furniture is all very comfortable, there is a large family room, an upper loft 3rd floor area with computer that our oldest son took claim of. Two smaller bedrooms on the ground level with twin beds each, a full bathroom, mud room/smaller living room with TV for the kids to enjoy, laundry room and arcade game room. We had 3 kids in each family of which the two younger boys took a room with the twin beds, the three girls slept between the 2nd bedroom twin beds and the first floor living room comfy chaise sectional. The 2nd main level has two more queen size bedrooms, another full bath and a fully appointed kitchen with plenty of seating on the large island and kitchen table. The large family room had a big screen TV and a spacious sectional plus chair and a half. The view off the kitchen onto the back porch is stunning and bar none the best on the mountain of the DE river and NY state mountains on the other side. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. The one possible negative was there were only 2 baths to share amongst 10 people which was a challenge at times but we managed to make it work easily. It helped that we were never rushed to run out for a dinner reservation because you'd rather stay in to enjoy this amazing house than go out for entertainment so we were never in a hurry to leave! The house includes the most amazing view of Masthope mountain, a great backyard with a fire pit down below a path way towards the river, they have a great upper and lower ground level deck with plenty of lounge and adirondeck chairs and best of all is their unbelievable arcade game room that rivals your best local pubs and childrens favorite local party place arcades! There are air hockey & foosball tables, HD Golden Tee, Big Buck wild HD, Ghostbusters Pinball and an Arcade Legends game which plays all the video arcade games you can possibly remember and then some! Overall we would come back, it was a great lovely home. We were there in Feb for Prez week with unseasonably warm temps so our ski week at Big Bear was even more fun skiing in short sleeves! The snow held out most of the week and didn't start melting on the ski slopes until our 9th day. We used the access to the Masthope stables and went horseback riding too which the girls all loved!
