Quaint camp with an ideal location

                  4 of 5
Located just outside of the Village of Ticonderoga, this little house offers a fantastic location for summer adventures. It's on the water with a dock and paddleboat. A marina is literally across the water, so during our stay we rented a boat, motored it to the dock, loaded up our provisions, and had a stellar day on the magnificent Lake George. A trailhead for a scenic hike can't be more than a mile away to the south, and you can get views of Lake George to the south or Ticonderoga to the north/east. The back porch is gigantic and is equipped with a nice gas grill. The house itself is a bit small, but completely adequate. Make note of the potable versus non-potable water (as an engineer, I was impressed at the filter/UV disinfection system they used). Downstairs bedroom access is via a steep ladder/stair. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

                  Great Vacation!

                  4 of 5
Great house, the pictures don't do the cabin justice. Neat, clean and plenty of room for everyone. The association is very nice, lots of friendly people. We spent 2 weeks here and had a fabulous time. Close to the beach and dock, very clean and well maintained beach & grounds. Dot is a great owner very responsive and very easy to work with. A few minor things came up during our stay and she got back to us right away. Our only con is that they are selling and we won't be able to rent from them next year. Thank You Dot!

Absolutely the best house on the lake

                  5 of 5
1st of all Barb is the best person I have ever rented a house from. She provides the best possible experience a renter could ask for. As far as the house it is beautiful and the view is outstanding. I have stayed twice now at it and would be there right now if I could be. I brought my dog with me and she was very accommodating for him. He loved the house and the lake probably just as much if not more than me. The house is built with only the finest materials. And there is no bad view from inside or out. I really appreciate everything Barb has done for me while I stayed there. And would recommend it to anyone that wants a peaceful getaway. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form. Thank you again Barb and best wishes...
