Perfect for our little get away!

          5 of 5
The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our weekend get away in the Adirondacks. Loved the decor. Convenient to everything. We would go back!

          worth every penny!

          4 of 5
We now know that each unit has its own rules and regulations and its own board. Since we stayed in a condo floor level we had a nice fire pit each night. I guess the rule for all is that if there’s a deck and no patio then no fire pit. I used the grill and got in some trouble but worked out. Good think is that there are two way to beach. Long path and stairs. His unit is directly in front of the stairs so go out down straight to beach and the beach is what makes everything so worth it. It’s truly beautiful and chairs with umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboats, canoes, rowboats, even kids toys all free!!!! With life guard on duty. The swimming area has two docks to dive from and it’s just magnificent and I would not mind at all not going anywhere in Lake George and just take kids every day to the beach. Overall everything was clean and tidy. Since I knew from last year that fans don’t do the trick , I brought 2 portable ac units which helped only that there are no windows except by living room. There are two opening skylights out of 3 in first bedroom with two twins so I had fans blowing from them which helped a lot. The master skylight is in a long tunnel about 8 feet up and even when opened doesn’t give air so not much good. There are no stand up fans either so hopefully the owner will supply some as we only had a small square plastic and two really small ones. Also a fan over master bedroom would be good so sucks in air from skylight which is only and 20x20. There is also something important to know. The only access to the home is from either a driveway on left or right. it’s pretty much right in middle but only accessible from back and up flight stairs. You will be carrying luggage a long way and up a flight so make sure everything has wheels and someone strong enough to carry it. I found a wheelbarrow and used that , otherwise would have taken a very very long time. If the owner would supply a wagon or something, would be really good. Also good thing I had bungee cords. I also told the owner that it was annoying constantly switching the only 1 hdmi cable from tv to dvd so hopefully she will get more. Would also be nice having a dvd in each room though each room does have a tv. Overall to me the beach makes everything worth it and you really don’t spend sooo much time indoors. It’s a homey cozy place and you will definitely enjoy it so if you ask me its worth every penny!

A cozy little condo away from the hustle & bustle!

          4 of 5
Our stay here was fantastic! The condo is decorated nicely with a rustic decor. The only downside was there was no air conditioner. The first couple days was hot so during the day was uncomfortable. Luckily it cooled off at night & was more comfortable sleeping. Nora, the building manager, was very helpful & gave us a couple great suggestions of different restaurants & attractions in the area. The beach was great. It was close & not overly crowded. Loved that the beach chairs & umbrellas were provided! Our overall stay was wonderful!
