              Quiet neighborhood - great stay!

Hannah was so nice and helpful when we arrived. We had complete privacy in our little apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Some great places to eat nearby. You gotta go to Harlem Shake and Sylvia's for some great food! The subway was close by and fairly easy to get around. The terrace provided us a place to smoke in private and enjoy the city at night. We really couldn't believe how quiet it was! There's a lot of stairs but you should expect to do a lot of walking when you come to NYC. The bed was firm for me but perfect for my hubby. She provided so many blankets that I was able to put a couple on my side for my comfort level. The cats were no bother at all. A great place to experience life in NY! We will definitely be back!!

              Our stay was wonderfull

After a long exhausting drive from Atlanta, GA it was refreshing to meet Erdene, with her sweet voice she showed us around the premises and told us everything we needed to know about the place. The Brownstone Guest House is just plain spectacular! Lots of history between these walls! Very Spacious Duplex with 2 Living Rooms with lots of seating, Three Bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, Two big Bathrooms and a great modern Kitchen with everything you need to cook with all stainless steel appliances. The décor is just marvelous it’s a mix of old and new chosen with great taste. The neighborhood is excellent, just a 5 minute walk and you find everything you need. Very close from the Apollo Theater, Central Park, Stores and great places to eat. We travel a lot and can definitely say that this stay has been the most rewarding and stress free experience we have ever had. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great vacation or business stay.
