A mom, 4 sons, 4 daughters in law, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren celebrated our mom's 90th birthday at Cayuga Cabins. My mom's comments says it all: "I wish I could stay here for a year." The cabins were everything we wanted and more. Thanks to Steve and his staff for making our mom's birthday on Cayuga Lake a memory we will never forget! Randy Garrett

The property met our specifications for a relaxing few days visiting Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes region. The house, perched along a steep valley wall down from the main road and hidden in the trees and away from the owners house, offered the peaceful respite we were looking for. It was well appointed with needed amenities and offered its own access to the lake and dock. Our children enjoyed their morning swims in the lake, paddling the coastlines, and s'mores around the fire at night. The owners used technology effectively to be helpful and responsive while affording us privacy. The only drawback we had was noise from the morning commutes on the road up the hill, which simply reminded us we were on vacation each day. We were stunned by the beauty of the gorges and the lakes. Though steep, the gorges were fairly accessible for our small children with some extra monitoring. We also enjoyed the Ithaca Farmers Market for provisions and a dinner during the week, the Corning Glass Museum, and New York ciders at the Finger Lakes Cider House in Trumansburg.

We just spent three nights in the cabin and we were extremely impressed. We have stayed at KOA Kamping kottages and that is what I expected but it was much nicer. The cabin is extremely small but it is comfortable and nicely finished with nice touches. I brought my own towels expecting them to have skimpy scratchy white towels. I was surprised to find a generous supply of 100 percent Egyptian cotton towels. Bob was extremely helpful and brought us whatever we needed including some extra local produce he had. The cabin was clean and well organazed. With touches like night lights and a clock and a CD player. The kitchen area was small with no sink but big enough that we were able to prepare all of our meals in it. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly.
