My boyfriend's family and I (9 adults and a toddler) stayed at the Hoovers' cabin for one night and were pretty comfortable there. The cabin was really warm and clean when we arrived, and was fully furnished and equipped with kitchen supplies and everything you would need. Mary received us with some home-made bread and jam as gifts for our stay, and were delicious and perfect for breakfast. They also left a box of toys and a booster seat for our 2 year old niece. The backyard and the porch were beautiful in the morning. There is a volleyball net in the back, a fire pit (they provide firewood per request) and chairs and tables. We really wished we could stay longer to enjoy the cabin and go around the area on tours.
The only problem was the water. It was a little smelly, so we only used it to wash dishes and hands. We brought our own bottled water for cooking and drinking. It wasn't a problem, but just be aware that you need to bring drinking water. there are some stores 15min from the cabin, so you can what you need from there.
I recommend this cabin to any party who needs a nice place to stay in the area. This was the best deal we found for the number of people we were, and we were happy with it.
