            Your own private resort

This property is quite beautiful and the home is truly a home , beautifully decorated and very comfortable . The large wraparound deck had ample seating for all. My family , six adults and my three small grandchildren had a truly wonderful time relaxing here. The pool was perfect , we had some very hot weather and spent a lot of time in the pool. We used the tennis court and my granddaughters loved feeding the fish in the koi pond . We all enjoyed playing on the spacious beautifully kept lawn. We also went to the nearby Emerson Spa for massages and enjoyed amazing trout at the Four Corners restaurant just up the road . The home is in a great location and we would love to return .

This is a gorgeous, romantic, comfortable, space where everything you need in order to relax and/or be adventurous and playful is at your fingertips. It is perfectly designed with so much care. The staff of BOTP is enthusiastic, kind, responsive, and will bend over backwards to make sure you feel taken care of. I am enchanted.

Gorgeous stay in a truly special place.

We enjoyed impeccable hospitality during our stay. The grounds are wonderful and the house is every bit as beautiful as the photos would suggest. In the morning, we enjoyed gourmet breakfast and tea from Spillian's kitchen. We spent afternoons and evenings exploring the Catskills based on Mark's expert knowledge of the area. We only rented a suite (w/ private bathroom) rather than the whole home, but I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone- especially those looking for a special venue in which to hold a retreat, gathering, or reunion of any kind.
