              Perfect Vacation!

              5 of 5
The Captain's sea cabin is the best! It was very clean, everything was handy, close to everything in Cape May. Our two dogs loved it as well. It was so quiet and relaxing and piece of mind not worrying about our pups! Kelly and Kevin go out of their way to make your stay perfect and I mean perfect! Loved the pool as well, super clean and perfect temperature. My husband and I feel like we met new friends, they were so welcoming. Can't wait to go back! Great stay!

              Great weekend cottage

              5 of 5
Our family enjoyed our time at the River House. We traveled with 2 kids ages 8 and 10 and they both enjoyed the location by the river, the footbridge across the Delaware and the fun character of the house with its sleeping loft and rope net. The house is small with one shared bedroom (with loft above for kids), no TV or internet access and located on a sleepy street with little traffic and no distractions - perfect for family togetherness, exploring walks, playing board and card games, drawing and reading - quiet and relaxing! The kitchen was sufficient for our needs, the house was stocked with beverages, we had plenty of towels and sheets available and the owner did check in with us after arrival to ensure our needs were met. We had an excellent meal at one of the recommended locations - Teresa's Pizza was great! We checked out the Lakota Wolf Preserve (wonderful experience), explored the local towns and thrift/antique shops, went hiking in Bangor, took pics of wildflowers - all within 15 minutes drive.
