            A First-Class Vacation Spot!

            5 of 5
I was told by a friend that this was the perfect property if you want to be on the lake, and he was understating it. The view is magnificent, facing the setting sun, and the beach is a rare thing on Lake Winnipesaukee. It is the perfect place for children because the sandy beach goes out gradually which is ideal for swimming. What stands out the most about the property in my mind is the family that owns it. They are the nicest people you could hope to meet when you rent property. Yes, they live next door, but that is a big plus because they treat you more like family than tenants. They truly enjoy people and would do anything they could to accommodate your needs. We could not find anything they had not thought of in the unit to make living there comfortable. The kitchen is superbly equipped with more than enough dishes, glasses, etc., the beds are very comfortable, there is a washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. As you sit in the living room and dining area and look out at the lake, you will not want to leave. My first reaction upon entering the place was that they had a lot of pride in their property and took great care of it. The place is immaculate. It is truly the Heaven of lake rental properties, and it is close to grocery shopping and all the great Lakes Region activities. You can't stay here without wanting to come back!

            Ideal Family Vacation

            5 of 5
What a wonderful place. It was exactly what we wanted. Having never rented a vacation house, we did not know what to expect. The owners made it easy for us and were a pleasure to deal with. Upon our arrival, the home was spotless. What a relief. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of offerings for indoor activities (we had two days of rain, thank you for the chess game) and outdoor activities. The canoe, kayaks, lawn golf and badminton set were used and kept the kids busy when they were not in the lake. The home is situated privately on the lot and the neighbors were quiet. The lake was not noisy or too busy. Just enough waves for those of us who like to float. Listening to the loons was the best. The kids enjoyed the Ushaped dock, the swim raft and got a kick out of the bunk beds. The screen porch was what sold us on renting this property. It's where we spent a lot of our time. Overall, a very happy family vacation.

            Best Place in Wolfeboro!!!

            5 of 5
We just got back from Staying at this "chalet" and it was the best!! We stayed on Lake Winni in the past, and it was very noisy. This house is located on Rust Pond which is about 2 miles from Lake Winni and Wolfeboro town, and it was the quietest, most tranquil place you will ever go!! The loons at night made it extra special. The fishing was incredible. Smallies, Largemouth Bass, Pikes, etc. were abundant!! Catfish at night seemed to come outta nowhere!! Swimming was incredible also!! The house itself has everything you need. The owners were super super nice and accommodating. Please don't pass this one up!! Much better than staying on the big lake. Lori Russell Pennsylvania
