      Awesome swimming pool

      4 of 5
Loved the clean clear and heated swimming pool. The cabin was very clean and all new inside. The mountain view was awesome on a relatively quiet road. Only downside is the cabins are very small. Kind of like staying in an RV. The listing should say "kitchenette", not kitchen. There was a 2 plate hotplate, microwave, mini coffee pot and mini fridge. Overall the place was very nice with quality linens. We enjoyed our stay very much and Daniel was very helpful and available.

      Wedding weekend

      5 of 5
My family and I cannot recommend this place enough! We had a full house (sister, brother in law, 8-month old niece, 2-year old nephew, boyfriend and I) and despite the crowd, we were all comfortable. The charm of the cabin is perfect with moose and bear decorations and outdoorsy feel, is quintessential winter New Hampshire and it couldn't have been more perfect. We were attending a wedding located at the Mount Washington Hotel. My family didn't want to be squished in a small hotel room so this home was the perfect alternative. Just as the description says, linens, towels, soap etc were included. Cooking utensils were provided and they even had tin foil, sugar etc. The only thing that wasn't there was a sponge for dishes but that was it. It was -11 degrees out and being up in the mountains, we were relieved that we had a fireplace/furnace which was really warm and would turn on/off depending on the indoor temperature. What was nice was that besides the fireplace, each bedroom has a heater which was needed as the cold was extreme. The only thing that we noticed was that the floors were REALLY cold, which could be the age of the house. Next time I'm bringing slippers. If you want a romantic retreat up in the mountains, or want to ski and not go bankrupt from your hotel price, this is where you should stay. The fact that we didn't even need a key, it was a slauge password door, made it more convenient. I would definitely stay here again and enjoy the coziness that this cabin provides. Best, Happy traveler
