Clean and welcoming.

5 of 5
Corrine and Craig were very welcoming and hospitable. Being a horse person, it was really cool to stay on a working horse farm. The location was perfect, nestled 30 mins from Lake Winnepesake and just 15 mins from Concord. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend visiting the farm. It like a home away from home.

Cozy apartment for a short stay

4 of 5
The apartment is at the rear of a house that appeared to be another rental property. We had a little trouble finding it in the dark because there was no house number. The apartment itself if very cozy; it accommodated two adults and two terriers well. Everything seemed very new and was impeccably clean. We were a little disappointed that the apartment didn't have anything to start the fire pit (matches, lighter, etc. - note to future guests: bring your own), but otherwise it had everything we needed. Karin asked us to bring blankets if the dogs were going to sit on the furniture, which worked out well - and partly why it stays so clean, even with furry guests. The (gravel) backyard has only a very minimal view of the lake, so we didn't spend much time there. Also, fyi for first time visitors, the walk to the restaurants/town is along a busy highway. Overall, Karin was very responsive and helpful and the apartment was comfortable for a short stay.
