Very nice, well appointed, centrally located.

We loved the apartment and the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our 9 day cross country journey! There was everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Walk to town was close. We felt very secure , parking was good and although it was fairly noisy during the day with traffic, the nights were quiet. We've used VRBO/ Home away extensively and this was one of the best properties we've encountered. Karin was most understanding of a checkout glitch on our part... we couldn't have been happier there.

A Warm Welcome and Comfortable Historic Apartment

We booked this quaint, country location for our 30th wedding anniversary so that we could experience New Hampshire for the first time. Part of the draw to this home was the fact that it was built in the 1700’s and had an interesting history, but the accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. The owners were warm and friendly, and we had a good time walking around the farm admiring the horses and viewing the haying process. There was a lovely pool as well, but we were busy touring sights like the Canterbury Shaker’s Village and The Lost River Gorge (which we enjoyed immensely), so we did not use it. If we are ever in New Hampshire again, we will definitely be going back to Windswept Farm!
