          Wow!!! Stunning, immaculate and comfortable

          5 of 5
Wow!!!! We had a fantastic snowy weekend and we will recommend this spectacular property to all of my friends. I had never stayed in a home like this before. It is typical of American mid-century modern architecture (think Frank Lloyd Wright) so simple and straight lines, huge rooms, and walls of glass that bring the outdoors in. It was clearly renovated with love -- every window, every light switch, every button works perfectly. There is even a 1950's blender built in to the kitchen counter. Very special. The rooms are pristine, and are well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking around the property, with mountain views at every turn. The manager was considerate and attentive. We brought another couple with us and next time hope to bring more friends and family to attempt to fill all the endless rooms and explore the area. We will definitely rent again!

          Destination Wedding

This is a beautiful, classic New England property. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable "home base" for our daughter's wedding. The layout of the house was perfect for our married kids. Great privacy for them at night, yet very inviting family space during the day. We had family dinners in the classic dining room, entertained extended family in the sun room and huge kitchen, and got endless compliments from our visitors on what a stunning find this house was. This house has it all and more, with mountain views as an incredible bonus.

          Wedding Weekend Family Retreat

          5 of 5
Stunning views, beautiful HUGE house with tons of SPACE for everyone and something for everyone to do. I booked the Cobb Hill Estate for my family to stay at during my wedding (which was hosted elsewhere nearby, but it turns out Cobb Hill is perfectly situated to host weddings also!). Within one day of arrival, my parents had decided they want to come back for another stay - and they can't stop raving about the property. It is quiet and set away but close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Boston and Manchester (it's about a 1.5/1.75 hour drive to Boston) - well worth the trip. The house is large, with each room featuring it's own in-suite bathroom - this was wonderful as my parents, my sister (her husband and infant), my Maid of Honor, and I each were able to have our own private insular space. There is so much space for casual relaxing and so many different rooms. The owner's communication is prompt, clear, and concise. We were not bothered during our stay and were able to unwind and relax from some very long days. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!
