I felt that El Encanto was a very nicely appointed rental property and it had one of the best prepared kitchens for a vacation rental. We were able to prepare a number of meals with relative ease as they smartly have things like knives that are sharp, a garlic press, enough cutlery/silverware to eat with everything works. I think I used all of the appliances at one point or another and once getting adjusted to how their stove works, I was fine.
The rooms were comfortable although I did find the mattress in the master bedroom to be a bit harder than I like and also a bit too close to the floor. The rooms were a bit dimly lit because the house was from an era before the proper utilization of can lights as opposed to track lights or pendant lights became more common. If you couple the darker (but stylish) colors with the room lighting, having a few can lights would make a huge difference in some of the rooms. I also did not like the open bathroom in the mater bedroom. If the house was mine, I would put a pocket door or a regular door because the whole area was too open for my liking. Minor point but I thought I would offer that up as I don't like that sort of completely open master bath area.
The internet worked well, no issues there and the AC worked reasonably well too (considering that it was at or above 110 the whole time we were there). In summary, El Encanto is a nice place to stay and it's a nice haven away from the ugly side of Vegas and the heat. It was also nice to know that the neighborhood was secure and it also seems to be one of the nicer parts of town. The only other feedback was that the furniture was too Vegas and for me, I would probably prefer to have furniture that was a little more comfortable and casual but I know it's not my place and I was ultimately reasonably comfortable most of the time but my tastes lean towards leather couches/chairs and wooden tables as opposed to glass topped tables etc.
I highly recommend the place because in spite of my observations of the style, the place is reasonably priced, served us well for the week we were there and was nicely equipped to make our stay much more enjoyable than a hotel. I would say if you need a place and can meet the minimum stay requirement, this is a great place to rent and it's in a really nice neighborhood.
