We selected this one bedroom cottage for our first stay on Cape Cod and it turned out to be a very good choice. We wanted to explore as much of the cape as possible and this location in Eastham made it easy to do so. Easy access to the Cape Cod National Seashore and a number of hiking/biking trails was great. The owner provided some information about nearby trail heads that we otherwise may have missed. The house provided plenty of room for two people and would be roomy enough for a family of four. We especially appreciated having access to the washer/dryer. All appliances in the home worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The Eastham Superette is just down the road so if you plan to eat in some meals, as we did, you can easily accomplish that. The best meal we had on the cape was at Winslow's Tavern in Wellfleet for a special birthday celebration. Great menu, beautiful location and excellent service. Whale Watching with Dolphin Fleet in Provincetown was the other highlight of our week. So, if you are looking for a central location to explore the cape, a roomy space with most of the comforts of home, the cottage in Eastham is a great choice.
