Great Location - cute and quite cottage - Amazing owner

              5 of 5
This was my best trip to Nantucket ! The cottage has a great location with amazing water views from the small patio outside and quick access to the "public way" that was the best activity we did on the island ... this is not to be missed ! The cottage itself is very cozy and comfortable it has everything you need and you might think of. It is surrounded with beautiful landscape and great neighborhood. The beach is a short walk, just take the chairs in the morning and relax while having your coffee listening to the waves and watching for grey seals sightings... We went during the Cranberry Bog Festival which was one of a kind, the cottage was very close to the reservation location which is a big plus too! Above all, I can't say enough about the owner Linda , besides being a great host , she is a great person! we were trapped in the island because of a storm and she offered us an extra night to stay in the place while checking on us, offering us breakfast and rides to the town. I was very happy to know that this kind of people still exist...

              Great Sconset Location

              5 of 5
The Dinghy is ideally located for walking to the Sconset Market, The Summer House, the Sconset beach or for enjoying the incredible Sconset Cliff Walk. The Dinghy is a Sconset cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a private yard perfectly suited for cookouts or just enjoying the outdoors. The owner could not have been nicer to us. My wife and I were delayed in arriving at the Dinghy by one day, since ferry service to Nantucket was cancelled due to the Labor Day storm. The owner upon learning of our delay extended our stay by one day at no charge. We really appreciated the extra day, since Nantucket in general but Sconset specifically is a very special place.

              Relaxing and beautiful spot

              5 of 5
We had a relaxing vacation here with such covenient access to the quiet Sconset beach and the village of Sconset. The cottage is comfortable, well maintained, and equipped with everything you need. Besides the beach, there are beautiful walks and bike rides in all directions, including the bluff walk and Sankaty light. Great sandwich shop, small grocery, and bus stop are just a short walk away. We highly recommend this property and wished we could have stayed longer!
