              The Best Ever

              5 of 5
The Property, the cooperation, the atmosphere, the amenities were without a doubt the best experience ever. The Stoney Hill property helped make this wedding event something that will be remembered by every guest. The house provided us the opportunity for our entire family w/ Grandchildren to stay comfortably under one Awesome roof. The central location made every attraction only a 10-15 minute commute. Darren the owner is also very familiar with several vendors /caterers/tent companies etc. that really helped out tremendously. Very relaxing, very classy. Besides a great Wedding or Vacation venue, I am considering renting for an executive brainstorming retreat in the upcoming years. Arthur Papazian & Family

              Excellent Family Vacation Home

              5 of 5
We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We had a family vacation and this historic and updated large house accommodated our 9 family members very comfortably. The location is awesome, right on the bike path making it easy to take the bikes to downtown Falmouth, Woods Hole or to the Martha's Vineyard ferry. Jeanette, who manages the property, was super attentive to all our needs which was really nice. We would stay here again!

              Fantastic Family Reunion

              5 of 5
"We had a wonderful vacation at this gorgeous rental home in Katama, and I would like to recommend this home highly. Definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed as a family, and the location of the home was ideal for us, as it is a short walk to south beach, or a fun, easy bike ride into Edgartown. One of our favorite things to start our day with was just that, a bike ride into Edgartown for coffee and/or breakfast, and some exercise (many many bikes to choose from, as they were provided with the house). My wife and I loved riding the beach cruisers, although we did give the tandem bike a try too. The home is quite spacious, nicely appointed, and very comfortable, and it accommodated our big group of families, for our mini-reunion of sorts. Plenty of comfortable rooms upstairs and downstairs for adults, with privacy and separation when you needed quiet time (there is a cottage as well, with two more rooms available). At the end of the day, we all ended up in the kitchen/large family room upstairs (which we called the Great Room), which has a very beautiful, and large wooden dining table that could seat us all, and we much appreciated being able to do that without dividing our crew up at dinner time. This is the largest, brightest room in the house and where we all seemed to congregate and had lots of laughs, meals, wine, and even impromptu dance parties that the kids put on! great memories created, although I think I pulled something trying to do an old dance move from long ago.. There is a deck just off of this room which was a good place to relax, or read in the sun, and made it easy for us to watch the kids swim in the pool just below as we prepared meals. The Great Room was our favorite room, although I think my wife's favorite might have been the sauna! Everything we needed was provided with the house, and the owners were very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Great stay, beautiful home, we all definitely want to make a return stay here in summers to come!"
