House was perfect. Quintessential cape house, exactly what we were looking for.

Everything about the property was great. Easy walk to the landing, mile to Hardings beach. Close to downtown Chatham and all the shopping and restaurants. The house itself is a great space, open kitchen lay out that we hung out in a lot, deck with large table where we are most of our meals. There is a grill on the deck, and a fire pit that is great for cooler cape nights. The outdoor sleeping porch was a hit with our group and every morning whoever slept out there came back saying it was the best nights sleep they had. Sue was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay

What a absolutely wonderful place to have spend time in while on Cape Cod! This was the most comfortable pleasant house imaginable. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use. It was great having a washer/ dryer. The sun room was delightful especially for a rainy afternoon. The backyard is so peaceful, with ducks and birds to watch. Our kids enjoyed getting out on the paddle boat. As wonderful as the beaches in Cape Cod are, they can get very loud and crowed...it was so nice to get back to the sanctuary of Holidayfarm. My teenagers are demanding that we return!! My only caution is that the stairs to the second floor are steep...if someone in your party has difficulty with stairs this would not be a great option.
