I can't say enough nice things about my weekend here! Carol and Michelle are awesome to work with, and their flexibility helped make a surprise bachelorette weekend a total success. 5 people coming from all corners of the world are kind of hard to manage, but they made it seamless.
The house had absolutely everything we needed, from the guidebook full of things to do, to a first aid kit in the bathroom. All manner of kitchen paraphernalia made staying in and cooking easy and enjoyable. Board games, TV, plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor) to relax, chill, veg, and/or entertain.
The beds are comfortable! I didn't sleep on the pull-out sofa, but the one who did use it, agreed that he slept really well.
The location is really ideal. You can't get any better than a residential neighborhood - with parking! - that's quiet and peaceful and still is only about a 90 second walk to town. It's also just a few minutes to walk to the supermarket and liquor store. The location is perfect, and we didn't use our cars once during the entire weekend.
Lastly, Carol and Michelle allowed not one, but 2 big dogs to stay the weekend as well. It's so hard to find reasonably priced rentals that will allow my 96-pound German Shepard to hang out, so it was such a relief to have my old girl, as well as my friends' (also aging) pup really welcomed.
I truly can't say anything bad about this place....there aren't any negatives, except the fact that we had to leave. To be fair, if it was a bit later in the season, we would have enjoyed spending more time in the backyard (we didn't at all), or on the front porch. We also didn't use the *brand new* outdoor shower - but we all agreed that visiting 30 Court needs to be an annual thing, and we'll be sure to check it out next time.
