The perfect home

5 of 5
From the moment we saw this beautiful home we fell in love (how could you not?)! The location was perfect. It's set back from Main Street but within walking distance to local shoppes, a market, and a few restaurants. Another benefit was how close we were to downtown Hyannis which offers a more "busy" nightlife experience. In the months leading up to the rental days we had several questions, all of which the owners replied to quickly and with great detail, kindness, and patience. They even offered a few terrific recommendations on places to eat and and explore-all of which we took advantage of and fully enjoyed. The house was tidy and came equipped with everything we needed (and more). The washer/dryer/dishwasher was a huge bonus because it made it easy to keep our belongings, and the house, clean and organized. Each bedroom on the second floor had its own bathroom which our guests were thrilled about! The grounds were also in great shape. The surrounding trees and pond made for a picture perfect backdrop. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our special occasion, and could not be more grateful. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and it's easy to see why.

Almost too good to be true

This is a fantastic property. I have stayed with a group of friends ; this is out tenth year. We come to fish, the property is ideally located to fish the western part of the Cape. The best fishing is usually right off the back of the property. Direct kayak access to Barnstable Harbor, including Horseshoe Shoals and Bone Hill Flats. The home itself is simply wonderful. The owners keep the property in top notch shape and have made many improvements over the years. Its really a charming home with a great patio. The best thing is the view. No better place in Cape Cod to watch the sunset. Breathtaking!

Gorgeous

We had a fabulous family vacation at this stunning property. The landscape is eased from Route 6A all the way down to the water, and it is surprisingly private. We used the little boat house for sunset drinks and saw cranes and wild fox in the marsh. Immaculately clean, the owner left a wonderful welcome basket with wines and cheese, making us feel right at home. We loved the master bedroom with new bathroom and the view over to Sandy Neck was delightful. We kayaked over to the sand bars at low tide, went swimming off the dock daily at high tide. Easy walk into town for coffee at Nirvana. Owner and caretaker very accommodating. Could not recommend more highly!! SCL
