We really liked this place for our snowmobiling trip in Late February/Early March. The bedrooms with adjoining full bathrooms was perfect as each guy had his own space. The beds were very comfortable. There is ample room to lounge around and watch the TV at night. The kitchen is a little cramped for more than 2 "chefs" at once but we managed. Since it is a first floor condo was a plus as well since we brought numerous coolers and luggage. And not having to lug them up any stairs was really nice.
Talking to the complex super gave us much valuable local info on access to the snowmobile trails and other local information. We found out that if not using the Lake, there is a trail directly across from the condo entrance that links to the ITS trails. In fact there is very little difference in time using either method to get into Greenville Junction.
The only downfall was the very warm temps and the lack of snow once we got there. Hard to believe they lost 50" of snow in 2 weeks. The lack of snow and rain while we were there forced us to leave early, but that was none of Ryan's fault.
There was plenty of parking for our 4 door truck and 4 sled enclosed trailer. And there is space for a lot more trucks and trailers.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone for anytime of the year.
