          Good location and great host

          5 of 5
Spent the summer( may,June, and July of 2015) here and had a wonderful time. Martin is very welcoming and gives great site seeing advice. Secluded area but close drive to town. Good central location to enjoy Maine adventures! The apartment is clean and comfortable. I felt at home and relaxed while living here. If I ever come back to the area I would stay here anytime!

          Wonderful Camp On Sebec Lake

          5 of 5
We loved staying in the bunk house for our vacation, but calling this a bunk house does not do it justice. It's really an entire camp with a private porch, driveway, and access to the lake. Mainer call this a camp, but if you're from another state you would call it a cottage or a cabin. It's a lovely place to stay on Sebec Lake. It's close to Sebec Village, Dover-Foxcroft, and Milo. This part of the lake is so peaceful and secluded - a great place to get away from the city. Having lived in the area, it was very convenient for us to visit with family. There is all you need there to cook and eat at the camp, but we didn't cook much during our stay because we went to eat at all my favorite restaurants in the area in between family gatherings. There is a warm gas fired fireplace that really heats up nice on a chilly morning and there are windows and fans all around for ventilation on warmer days. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were dishes and cooking pans, a huge fridge, a good bathroom, a TV with a DVD collection, books to read...everything you'd need. In all this was the ideal place to stay for our trip - I'd say a better place to stay than any hotel within 50 miles or more.
