Charming , Spacious and Wonderful Location

            5 of 5
One would be hard pressed to find more spacious and well cared for accommodations. The Homestead apartment had period charm while offering modern convenience. We were blown away by the amount of room the apartment offered. From the sun porch sitting and dining area to the large kitchen. comfortable den, large master bedroom, additional room with option to close off as second sleeping area (day bed) and two baths...........we found the apartment to be lovingly cared for and well appointed. Quiet and yet quick access into the middle of Freeport ( 2 minute drive). We found it to be a perfect location. If you like to cook, as we do, you'll find he kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils, however we did need to purchase basics such as salt, pepper, plastic wrap, foil, etc. All in all, we would highly recommend this for a Freeport stay.

Lovely, quiet and feels like home.

Well, considering this is our 5th summer staying here I would have to say we are completely satisfied. It's a fully furnished apartment with everything you need to cook, maintain basic housekeeping, cable, laundry as well as close proximity to the lakes and other outdoor activities. Gordon and his wife Lee, could not be more gracious and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it would be there within the day. The Good Life Market down the street has the most awesome sandwiches and salads, not to mention pies, great beer and wine selection too. We love it here and it's great for a long term stay because it has everything you need. We'll be back!
